Help Wanted "P" Development Division:
The National Personnel Department has created a new "Development"
Division. This Division is challenged with the task within Personnel of
renovating existing and developing new materials and developing and
implementing innovative and effective programs and delivery systems to
enhance the "P" department's effectiveness.
We have several Branch Chief opportunities for the right kinds of
Auxiliarists. We are seeking Auxiliarists who are cooperative,
team-oriented and completely committed to the recruitment of new members
and to member's well-being and satisfaction within the Auxiliary. These
new BC opportunities will demand a considerable initiative and effort to
develop, innovate and drive our programs forward.
If you love membership support, if you want to start on the ground floor
with a new Division infrastructure and work hard to see the Auxiliary
membership flourish, then we may have a place for your talents and
dedication. Out-of-the-box and visionary thinkers are welcomed here as
long as you can put in the time to make your ideas a reality.
Email to DVC Joe Engel at joe at jre.com and tell us what you can bring to
our new team and why you want to participate.
To DSO-PS Officers:
I know you folks are working hard at your current position but I thought
you might know of PS oriented members out there who have expressed
interest in making a difference in recruiting, retention and other PS
activities. If you have people who are always asking you "Why do we do
it this way?" or "Why don't they fix this?" please send them our way.
Maybe we can put them to work on the issues they care about.
Thanks for all your hard work. You will be hearing from us again. We
really want to hear from you. Help us develop systems that work for
you. Send any ideas, comments, suggestions, criticisms to:
feedback at auxpdept.org.
